Who we are

Zonclair is the export-facing partner for B2B buyers who need precision CNC components and custom hardware from Dongguan. We coordinate DFM, quoting, and production with authorized manufacturing partners so automation, robotics, and industrial equipment teams get clear manufacturability feedback before metal is cut.

How we work

DFM first

Feasibility, process fit, and tolerance economy are reviewed with your CAD before we lock a quote.

Flexible volume

From single-piece prototypes to low-volume production without forcing a separate vendor path.

Dongguan supply base

Machining, common finishing partners, and material stock coordinated to keep multi-process jobs coherent.

IP and communication

NDA available before file exchange; project files limited to assigned engineers. See Contact for channels.

Authorized manufacturing partner

Zonclair works as an authorized manufacturing partner with Dongguan production capacity — not a “self-owned factory” claim on this page. Partner authorization documentation (redacted letter / optional PDF) will be published here when available.

Until then, ask for partner credentials with your RFQ or email [email protected]. Ready to start? Request a Quote or Contact engineering.

Manufacturing environment

Our Dongguan shop runs enclosed CNC cells for milling, turning, and related processes in an organized production bay. Equipment brands and envelopes listed on Capabilities are reference platforms — we confirm fit for your part during DFM rather than promising a specific machine for every job.

DFM collaboration and materials

Aluminum automation clevis with flange holes, parallel ears, and coaxial pin bore

Drawing and tolerance review

Engineers mark critical dimensions and confirm which limits are worth the cost before cutting.

Machined POM guide slider with U-channel and countersunk mounting holes

Stocked material families

Aluminum, steels, copper alloys, and engineering plastics planned against your print.

Technical baseline (reference)

AreaReference
Multi-axis / 5-axisMazak / Brother / Fanuc class centers; envelope up to about 800 × 600 × 500 mm
Swiss / turn-millAbout Ø0.5–32 mm Swiss; chuck turning up to about Ø250 mm
Wire EDMSodick / Charmilles class; sharp internals on conductive / hardened stock
Tolerance posture±0.10 mm common standard delivery; selected milling/turning features to ±0.01 mm; designated critical 5-axis features to ±0.005 mm where allowed — confirmed via DFM / per drawing

Quality, NDA, and response

IQC checks incoming material documentation where required; IPQC covers setup and in-process checks; FQC verifies against the drawing and agreed plan before ship. In-house metrology includes ZEISS CMM and shop gauges. “100% inspection” means in-house pre-shipment verification to the agreed scope — not CMM on every feature of every part. FAI and MTRs are available on request. Details: CNC machining quality control.

We welcome an NDA before you send CAD — email [email protected] or attach it with your RFQ. With a complete package we typically provide quote and DFM feedback within one business day. Contact us or Request a Quote.
