Coolant-directed cutting on multi-axis and turn-mill platforms keeps critical faces and contours under one process owner. Tool access, fixturing, and secondary operations are planned together so mating features stay coherent when a job spans milling, turning, Swiss, or Wire EDM.

Quality posture

Precision claims are never unconditional. Critical five-axis features may reach ±0.005 mm only where the drawing specifies and DFM confirms material and geometry. Can you hold ±0.005 mm on production batches?

Only for designated critical features on suitable materials and geometries. Feasibility is identified during DFM at quote time — it is not a default for every dimension.

Do you support prototype and low-volume?

Yes. Flexible MOQ from single-piece prototypes through low-volume production, with process choice matched to geometry and material.

What is the benefit of DFM before manufacturing?

DFM validates manufacturability, flags risky walls/radii/threads, and confirms which tolerances are worth the cost before you commit to a PO.
