Metal and engineering-plastic fasteners with patch coatings, knurls, and specialty heads show the range we machine to print — including PEEK and stainless grades. Geometry, thread class, and secondary ops are locked in DFM before bar is released.

Thread integrity is verified with calibrated Go/No-Go plug and ring gauges according to the agreed inspection plan — batch sampling or 100% gauging when that scope is specified for the job, not as a blanket slogan. Critical linear and geometric features can be checked on ZEISS CMM and optical equipment per drawing.
